Brad has invested over twenty years of legal practice specializing in residential and commercial real estate matters. As a licensed attorney in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, Brad actively represents numerous national mortgage lenders, servicers and financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, REO, and title curative issues.
Moreover, Brad is a recognized leader in the mortgage banking industry and is frequently invited to lecture locally and throughout the nation on numerous topics that effect the real estate market. Brad has educated lawyers, realtors, and members of the mortgage banking and servicing industry on recent legislative efforts and real property trends.
Brad and his wife, Connie, live in the suburbs of Cincinnati with their two children, Noah, Lilly, and Ethan, and their two dogs, Scooby and Scrappy. Brad, a life-long Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan, enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children and grandchildren. Brad and Connie also enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling.

Mary Beth Stevenson, Esq.
Director of Title Operations

Mary Beth joined Sojo in 2010 as in-house counsel and director of title operations. Previously, Mary Beth was a litigation associate with Reisenfeld & Associates. In this position, she focused on real estate litigation including the specialties of title insurance defense and creditor's rights litigation. Mary Beth's experience in these fields bolsters the expertise of the Sojo staff.
Prior to joining Reisenfeld & Associates in 2006, Mary Beth was an assistant legal writing instructor at the University of Kentucky College of Law. As an instructor, she worked with first year law students to develop their legal writing techniques, analytical abilities and reasoning from precedent. Additionally, Mary Beth was a student intern for the Honorable Joseph M. Hood, Chief Judge, Eastern District of Kentucky. This opportunity cultivated her ability to efficiently analyze and clearly write about complex legal issues.
Prior to attending law school, Mary Beth was a Sales and Marketing Associate for a Fortune 100 company. This experience provided Mary Beth an intimate knowledge of corporate practices and business acumen. These skills compliment her law and title practice today as she understands the objectives and perspectives of corporate clients within a legal context.
Mary Beth and her husband live in Northern Kentucky with their two dogs. When the Wildcats are not playing basketball or football, Mary Beth enjoys golf, cooking and gardening.
